Gated Security System
Our automated gate system allows only people with an approved code to enter our facility. Every entry is recorded in our permanent records.
Centralized Smoke and Heat Detection
All our fire detectors are wired to a centralized system, allowing for quick response.
Fire Prevention Walls
Each of our units (approx. 80 boxes per unit) is separated by a 5/8" thick drywall barrier. In the event of a fire, each of these walls will take two hours to burn - keeping time on our sides.
Library Shelving for All Boxes
In opposition to typical warehouse storage, all our boxes are stacked only two boxes high to prevent crushing. Additionally, our shelves are the depth of one box. This way, no boxes can get accidentally "hidden" behind another box.
Scattered Distribution of Boxes
All of our clients’ boxes are spread throughout our 6-building facility. In the unlikelihood of theft, flood, or fire, only some (if any) of your boxes will be affected. This works oppositely of all your boxes being together in one corner, and that corner going up in flames.
