Inventory Tips (Non-managed Clients)

 

 

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

Boxes which are packed too tightly may split their seems and/or tear their handles. In addition, boxes stuffed over the maximum weight allowance will be considered non-transportable and will not be picked up from your facility. Keep in mind that each box is moved four times before it rests on our shelves. (Your office to our dolly, our dolly to our truck, our truck back to our dolly, our dolly to our selves). Any boxes that cannot withstand the handling will be reboxed at the client's expense.

On your sheet of barcodes, the smaller barcode number next to the box barcode is to help you keep track of your inventory: place this sticker at the top of your contents listing for the corresponding box.

Please Note: It's a very good idea to send us a copy of your content listings (inventory sheets) any time a new box comes into storage. These lists will be filed in your company's master file and if you ever need a backup, we'll have it for you.
